This week I have gotten back into CrossFit style workouts. The past 2months I focused on heavy splits, trying to build strength & mass. Workouts now are still moderately heavy, but programming is power, work output, and still have push/pull in the back of my mind..
Last week transitioned well, did a few WOD’s, a few splits, and sprints from hell.
Mon/Tue this week felt great:
Mon-
Squat Clean 185# 3x & Bench 185# 5x – 20min AMRAP
Prowler Push w/ 6plates 20meters & 5 Handstand pushups 5x – 20min AMRAP
Finished with GHD Situps, Toes to Bar, Dips & Pushups.
Tue-
Vanity biceps isolation, weighted chins, curls,
250meter Row, 10 DB Snatch alternating @ 75#, & 10 Burpee – 5rounds
Last week hell sprints: 8sec sprint, 12sec rest – 60rounds
